Eating under 1000 cals a day
Every day this week I have eaten under 1000 cals, not on purpose but that's what my breakfast, lunch and tea have totalled every day. Is this a problem? I have lost 2lbs this week so I'm obviously pleased at the result of it but is it good for me? I aim for 1200 but just don't always reach it. If I wanted to make it reach…

Shake Weights
Was just wondering if anyone ever uses Shake weight dumbells? Apparently you use them for 6 mins a day and it helps get rid of flabby arms. I know im opening myself up to instant criticisms for even being interested in these 'fads' but reviews on amazon are very positive. I wanted to know if any you ever used them.

Women + press ups
I've recently started doing press ups as part of my exercise routine. The ladies type ones on your knees, not the full men type ones as I'm not strong enough yet. I'm doing an extra 5 per night to keep getting better. I just wanted to ask if these are actually beneficial to women or are they best left to the men for chest…

Dieting and Subways
I have always always loved subways. They are amazing. However since starting dieting I have been fairly confused about them. I had always thought they were fairly healthy (If you ignore the carbs from the bread) but trying to find out how many cals per sub is impossible! MFP has soo many different calories for very similar…

Is it wrong to treat myself?
I've been eating healthily and exercising lightly for almost 4 weeks and have lost a stone in weight and my husband has lost 18lbs in 5 weeks. . Is it wrong that we should celebrate our loss with a nice meal out without scrutinising every calorie? My boss has given me vouchers to a lovely restaurant which we couldn't…
