I have been using this app for 2 weeks now and have lost 9lbs so finding it really good, quite addictive! My husband is also using it and lost 15lbs in 3 weeks!
He has just bought a vibration plate so that we can both use it to tone as we lose weight and help us along. Does anyone have any useful tips regarding vibration plates? i.e certain exercises. Even if anyone also has a vibration plate and has found it good in helping their weightloss I'd like to know please.

I used to go to a vibration plate gym and had PT sessions on it, worked really well but I couldn't afford to keep going, so I did buy one for home but it was not as good. If you look on youtube you will find many videos of exercises to do on it.
Good luck.0
