About 70 pairs of sneakers, total of more than 120... I also have a bedroom dedicated to my shoes and clothing AND I'm pretty sure I have another 40 pairs still at my mother's ouse that I never moved into my house (which has been almost 4 years ago LOL)...

I would have tried too, but my motto is too sick for work, probably shouldn't workout... Your body is fighting to get healthy again and while blood flow is important, it's easy to overdo it and make yourself weaker. You'll know when it's time to workout; and when you do, take it easy, don't push hard... let yourself heal.

Very nice response!! I haven't been to a Crossfit box, but would love to!! My trainer has helped me modify exercises to my ability... again, I think ANYTHING could go bad if you don't have the proper instruction, it's easy to get hurt.

I have fibro and the early onset of arthritis in my hip... my pain will never go away, I know that... But the reality is that regular exercise and a whole, healthy, and 'clean' diet at least makes things more managable!!! Congrats on the quality of life NSV!!!
