Two NSVs for One

Yesterday, I said to myself, "I want to get pretty today." You know, get dolled up, wear make up and do my hair, and wear a cute outfit.
First, I noticed as soon as I got out of the shower that my regular sized towel now goes all the way around me (NSV #1)!
Then, I realized that all of my cute outfits are way too large for me (NSV #2). I mean, they were so big, they didn't make me look cute, I just looked frumpy.
I'm one pound away from beloved ONEderland. I can do this!

WOW!!!! this is great inspiration. thank you for sharing. i've gotten the notion to dress up once since i started mfp. i don't usually and the sensation to do so came out of nowhere. i didn't, however, have your results. all the clothes are still too tight. but that's okay, it'll happen.
congratulations!! every small think like that helps us see we're still on the right path.0 -

That is an exciting and sometimes frustrating NSV for me...
I was "HAPPY" big... I swear, I really was... But I didn't know the other side and life full of opportunity without my friend FAT.
That being said, I had accumulated a very nice wardrobe full of clothes I loved... I work retail, so shopping was once one of my favorite things to do! I bought a home, and the money for shopping was gone, but I figured, I have enough clothes to last me a lifetime (all sizes 16-20), RIGHT??
Well, obviously not... =D
The first six months I'll be honest, the clothes had gotten tight anyway so they just started fitting again... then BAM!! I hit 3 months in a row where I literally had to guy buy some workout clothes, because nobody wants to see your pants fall down while you're on the elliptiacl lol!
My wardrobe has not recovered yet... I donated literally 15 giant bags of clothes (probably underestimating)... It now contains mostly handed down jeans, homemade dresses (I get to be my mom's fashion model), workout clothes, and shoes (feet didn't shrink too much lol)!!
GREAT NSV0
