I thought it was sedentary because I just added the amount of time I workout a week and that looked more like what you actually do during the day :S. Thank you for all the food tips, i'm never really sure what to eat. Should I eat even if i'm not hungry but I need more calories?

Stress makes you gain weight? Well, personally I think stress could make you gain weight if stress makes you over or under eat but I don't know about holding onto fat.. It'll be interesting to see responses.

I've got the implant and it stopped my periods.. It's strange to see the differences.. I wouldn't take 2 birth controls at once either, that sounds like hormone central. There are other ways to control your periods than the pill.

Just finished week 2 (But I did the 2nd week twice because I missed a day so i'm really on my third week of doing the major exercise) I don't have any pictures of yet but i'll give you my measurements from day one to where i am now: Waist 34" to 32" Muffin top area(hah) 41" to 38.7" Proper hips: 45" to 43"

Thank you so much for the help. I'm one of those people that likes to know how everything works so I can plant an image of it in my head. I typically eat around 5.15, we used to eat later but that works more with my schedule now.
