Why am I feeling so low atm!? 7lbs lost but not lost 1cm anywhere from my body. I have lost it slowly and safely eating plenty and healthy. Exercising and cutting out junk food but it feels to no benefit. So today.... - no wine to 'cheer me up' - early night ready for park run tomorrow! - drink lots of water

I am struggling this week. Weight loss has pretty much ground to a halt. Still being good and sticking to my calories but I am a very points driven person so when I don't see the results in the numbers I feel defeated. You have far more will power than I do, I wouldn't be able to resist the bubbly. However, I think I have done well to sit and watch the other half eat an ENTIRE TRAY of cadburys chocolate fingers in front of me. It is definitely harder to eat healthier when those around you eat crisps and chocolate all day long.
