I'm 28 and from Birmingham UK, spent last 8yrs working for the health service but back in retail for now, and doing Ironman Wales in September!

I'm 27, the youngest would be 24, my ex was 47 but I wouldn't rule out anything up to 55 if I liked them. I'm a great believer that age is just a number, and as long as you like each other it doesn't matter.

I've been on dates with guys who I wasn't overly interested in, I was bored senseless! My advice, don't bother x

I'm aiming for Ironman Wales 2015, so this year will be building my fitness up to the level that I can complete it and then working on getting my speeds up. Really enjoying training again, and loving having the drive to train like this which I've never had!

I second the Polar FT4. Very easy to use and the watches look nice too :) and it's waterproof!

I did look at the Garmin Forerunner 310XT (the dreaded ex had one), and know that did him through numerous tri's and ironman's. Hmm I'm going to have to grit my teeth and put my hand in my pocket aren't I?!

I was a V similar shape when I started, and as someone else said the back fat was one of the first to go (then I put weight back on again!)

Frozen is the way to go. I prefer the idea of fresh veg but often he frozen stuff is got before it can loose the nutrients which fresh can do sat in a store.
