1/4 cup Edmame (soy beans) with sea salt, string cheese, Chocolate Brownie Cliff Kid Z Bars, sugar free Strawberry Jell-O (only 10cal!), mandarin orange cup, OceanSpray Berries & Cherries fruit snacks, Go Go Squeez Applesauce pouches, 1 cup green or red seedless grapes. :)

I'm 5'7" and around 199lbs (last weigh-in was at the beginning of the month) I started at 225lbs in December, my goal was to loose 45lbs. My dream goal would be to reach a "normal" BMI range. (about 155lbs) Feel free to add me!! =)

I decided to start cutting back on the carbs since I know that has worked for me in the past and so far I've lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. =) Keep in mind that everyone's body is different and it may not work the same way for others. Hope that helps.
