Clean eating, especially with lots of plants, is for your health. Especially long-term disease prevention. You can lose the exact same amount of weight eating fast food. You just won't be as healthy.

Workout for your long-term health and other short-term benefits. Track and eat cals at goal to lose weight. You just have to force yourself to do it. I would say that I only really WANT to workout 1 in ever 20 sessions. So listening to that devil on my shoulder would be a recipe for disaster.

Pretty much the only "fast food" I eat regularly is Chipotle. The bowls are great if going low-carb, but even the burritos at 1k calories are loaded and filling if you can fit them in your macros.
