  • I eat skyr, which is like greek yogurt but has more protein and less sugar (at least Siggi's brand does). I usually mix in some oats and maybe peanut butter to up the protein and fiber. I wish I had more suggestions, but I often struggle to get enough protein, too, so this has been helpful to read!

  • I find that on days when I can't stop eating, it isnt actual hunger, it's my body lacking and craving some nutrient, be it fat, iron, potassium. As soon as I hit on what I was lacking, I stop feeling the need to eat.

  • I've been doing each level for 10 days, with 1 rest day/week. I started with soup cans and moved to 3lb weights by day 5. Some exercises were still too easy (row) and some were really hard (side lunges). I've found the same at level 2, although most of the strength exercises on this level really have my muscles screaming.
  • I agree, just calculate your entire recipe as portions. Even though you aren't eating the soup, things like sodium will still get absorbed into the chicken and you want to account for that.

  • Can't direct you to a study, but it makes sense, similar to how running on sand or soft dirt is a lot lower impact on joints than running on concrete. ETA: One episode of AFV will show you that tramps are not the safest things in the world, especially for bigger people, unless you are at the gym with mats and such.
