I'm having endurance problems

I started 30 day shred. I am now on day 5 of level 1. I find myself getting out of breathe and taking more breaks each day. I feel like my endurance is less than day 1. Which only makes me more afraid for level 2 since I'm almost half way there. Everyone keeps saying its easier for them each day. But not me. What's this about?

Are you maybe pushing yourself harder at the beginning of the workout and then out of steam by the end. Or maybe you need more cal intake to keep your energy up. I use to not eat back excerise cals and found myself tired and in starvation mode and lost no weight. Now I eat back half and I am good to go. Maybe this maybe the case with you. Either way stick it out its a great workout even if you take breaks at least you are trying :)

I'm on L1D10! I noticed the endurance thing too, and then realized that I was doing the cardio a lot faster and getting more reps on the strength and abs. So it makes sense that I'm doing way more work and I'm going to be more tired! Keep with it, it's so worth it!

ETA: I think "easier" means "less painful". Workouts should never feel "easy"

It's defiantly less painful in the sense that Im not as sore. But my legs and arms still burn and I still have problems even with my 2lb weights.
I dont think its that Im making more reps, I think Im actually making the same if not less.
I just am gasping for breath and needing to take breaks or drop my weights and do it without them.
Verses day 1 & 2 I barely took any breaks, had no problems keeping my breath, and didnt drop the weights. Hm.
As for calories, I eat about 1,600 a day which is around my TDEE so Im not under eating or anything.
