Two lbs down for this week. That makes four total. Progress! I started C25K last week and will continue that in the next two weeks. I need to step it up a bit to meet my goals. I guess I 'll have to start a Jillian video... yikes!

It wasn't the weight gained during pregnancy that got me... It was the weight gained the four months after giving birth!

That is awesome! Congrats to you all for the extraordinary loss!

SW : 185 CW: 183.1 Down 1.9 pounds. It is nice to see the scale going in right direction. I am taking the victory, although in reality I have been bouncing between 183 to 185 for weeks. Hopefully with consistency the next two weeks will prove to be even more successful.

In reply to zombie run... Sounds awesome! Have fun!

SW: 185 CW: 183 I have been fluctuating in this range for weeks. I got off to a good start last week with exercise, but faltered this week. Still been eating okay, but I need to get back on track with my goals. I did stay on track with the water challenge (minus one sick day) and am looking forward to this weeks challenge!

I love spreadsheets! It's a sickness really...I have spreadsheets for my spreadsheets! Thanks so much for the effort that went into it!

I currently do the elliptical, fitness videos, and walking mostly. However, I am game for anything and to stretch my boundaries a bit. I like Moxie42's suggestion of having choices for each week!

Height: 5'7" CW: 185 GW: 170 My ultimate goal is to lose 30 lbs by my 30th birthday (in May). I am forcing myself to take it nice and easy and aim for 1lb a week. I am excited for this challenge!

I went to start Day 1 Level 1 of 30DS this morning, and couldn't find the DVD! I probably hid it from myself the last time I got crazy enough to try Jillian! So I guess I am doing Ripped in 30 instead. Day 1 Level 1 over. I almost gave up, but I didn't, so yay me! My seven year old son cheered me on, so I made it through.…

I'm in! I have been "planning" on starting 30 Day Shred for awhile now but just haven't got around to it. A little extra motivation and support is exactly what I need.

1. Stress! 2. Beer. 3. Carbs. (Perfect meal for me would be mashed potatoes, bread, noodles and rice!)

I never ask my man that! He always looks at my breasts and makes a sad face! lol

Thank you all for the great support! It was great to hear about the different experiences that each of you had with your 5K's. Thank you for the tips and I have increased confidence in finishing the race and having fun doing it!

What a great thread! In April I... Lost 7.5 lbs and 5 inches. Rediscovered my love of running. Started strength training and may have developed a muscle! Looked at a recent picture of me and wasn't completely disgusted.

I start Week 2, Day 1 tonight. I have come to look forward to these runs! Last week I learned an important lesson: No Kids Allowed! My friend and I tried to run last week with 3 kids and a dog. It did not turn out so well so exercise time and kid time will now be separated from now on!

Awesome.

Just finished Week 1 Day 2! It felt amazing! I almost didn't go cause it was a long day at work and I was tired, but I forced myself to go. I am so glad that I did. The whole run I felt energized and wanted to keep going! I have a 5k scheduled for July 4th, but I might do another one sooner, like in June. We'll see. I am…

Yes you can do this! It certainly won't be easy, but it will be worth it! My my mom has Fibro and I have seen her struggles with pain and energy. Feel free to friend me and I will be as much of a support as I can be!

Hi! I just started C25K yesterday! I had done part of the the program once before over a year ago and decided to do it again (but finish this time!) I could really use the support and am really excited about running!

Mini bagels! 100 cal. They help with my cravings for bread and were instrumental in setting up a morning routine that includes breakfast!

My man, my boy and my dog. They conspire against my shred time in a group, in pairs and individually!

I recently got a Polar FT4 and I am really enjoying it. It has useful features, is comfortable and was affordable.

I found myself in the same boat. I have been eating everything in sight and seeking out high-calorie high-fat foods. It got worse after I saw the scale go up. So, this afternoon (after bingeing) I asked myself how much I wanted this. I could give up or get back on track. I have decided to get back on track starting NOW and…

I just finished L1D7 and finally feel like I can increase the difficulty, just a little though! I am looking forward to L2. I took a sneak peek and it doesn't scare me! Keep up all the hard work. I haven't been diligent with measurements, but I sure feel stronger and more fit. It will all be worth it!

Ian Xavier, 5 year old boy. My boyfriend wanted names like Ebenezer Weezer.

Frustrated! I am changing the batteries in my scale...it seems to be acting up lately and I will pass the blame to an inanimate object! My weight seems to be fluctuating by 2-3 pounds a day, up and down, up and down. I am eating well (mostly) and exercising consistently. What's going on?! Any advice would be appreciated!

I am so glad that I found this post. I just started the Shred video tonight and HOLY MOLY! I didn't think that I was going to make it. But I did! And I am excited to continue and see what it does to my body! However, I could sure use some help sticking with it!

Down one pound from last week to 186. I have been sick since last monday so I didn't exercise much at all. Even though I am still not feeling well, the exercise begins again today and I hope to see more results for next week. I am really enjoying the exercise component of weight loss and want to feel the burn!
