  • Water is water, no juices count, bc of the sugars in them, or diet sodas. I have always thought you could count water, flavored waters (no sugars) crystal light, and I do count my crystal light tea. I think regular tea is ok too just not coffee, because of its added caffeine content.:smile:
  • Never heard that BUT, there's this stuff, called PB2. Now, its real peanut butter, just not with the oil in it, so its like a powder. You add water to your "powder" and voila, peanut butter!!!!
