I sometimes drop it in C&J and if I just see a coulpe regulars who dont care if I drop them. It isn't cool or anything, I don't mind if someone is loud or drops weight either.

What? Thats not true at all. Cardio burns more calories than lifting but when you have more muscle mass you burn more calories while resting. And yes you can if you are a beginner/intermediate. Just get enough nutrients

Scooby1961 in youtube has a lot of good exercises you can do at home. Many require a pullup bar and dumbbells He's a great guy all around and knows a lot. I love him with all my heart

1-5 reps = strenght 6-15 reps = muscle mass +200 = toned

Youl'll burn more calories if you just do cardio. If thats your only goal, dont waste time on lifting edit. If thats what you meant. HIIT burns more calories in 20 mins than a steady pace on stationary bike (so I've heard) but you cant keep doing it for an hour or so.

I did that for a living. It is hard especially when youre hired to do it, you better not screw around. It sometimes took ~10 hours with breaks so I adjusted the time when logging it so I wouldnt overestimate (I also weight a lot but it's muscle I'm 15%bf) There's carrying boxes and walking stairs as options in…

Home gym at my parents. I dont live too far away so it's ok. It's just barbell, bench, pull up bar and a stationary bike. I have to do zercher squats which is the only real downside I can think of. They hurt my babby arms

Kill a bear with my bare hands. And if I get attacked, I want to be able to lift a man above my head. Basically snatch a man. If those count as a fitness related goal. I want my bench, deadlift and squat combined to be 500kgs. I think it's the most realistic goal

Really? When im resting between sets and someone is dressed in whatr looks like panties and bra, of course people notice that Going to gym seems to be about showing off to some people. Nothing wrong with looking nice but who really cares.

If i get bad DOMS (delayed onset of muscle soreness) from weight training, it was a good workout. Joint pain etc isnt good kind of pain, but DOMS are normal.

2 plate (100kg) bench 3 plate (140kg) squat 4 plate (180kg) deadlift for a man who just lifts as a hobby. Im a bit above those in bench and squat. lacking a bit on deadlift. edit. those are 1 rep max

Ok thanks. The word gets thrown around in bodybuilding forums because it seems to piss people off. And english isnt my first language and it isnt really in a dictionary in a way that it makes sense.

I don't know if this fits the topic, but i dont really get what toning means. "i want to get toned", is it same as gaining muscle basically?
