  • I'll join too! I'm trying to do 30 Day Shred every morning in addition to my normal workout. I've been hit or miss (mostly hit...i think) for the month of April but this will be the perfect drive to get me in the groove! I just did about 26 minutes of Level One of the 30DS for a burn of 374 calories. Good luck everyone!!
