So, new weekly holiday. Pork Frieday Rice!! I moved a lot of weights this week. The scale not so much.

i ate some chocolate thing, i'm not crazy about chocolate, but it had cream filling. probably won't do it again, no guilt, no pleasure.

Got on the scale for the first time in a while today 262.2 I've put on 30 lbs in 11 months. Faaaaaack. DOMS today, more lifting tomorrow.

BUSY!!, lots of hours. but i'm makin this crap work, 4 real, 2 day streak, wtf.

Chipotle had problems with their pork supplier in February. I bought 100 cases of the pork for work and it's freakin awesome product to work with. It really takes the flavor of however you prepare it.
