awh thanks guys, my daughter is on half term now till november 3rd so hopefully will keep it up but not sure how much i will have the laptop as she is on it chatting to friends most evenings, speak soon xx

oh thought i'd better clear up.. im doing knee push ups not real ones,no way i can manage them!! still so impressed with myself tho!!! yeah ok so today was week 2 day 1and i managed to do 15 but my muscles are feeling the pull rather than my arms weakening so didnt mind so much.!!

awh bless ya so close, possibly try week 5 and see how it goes, i know confidence has a lot to do with it so taking a small step back to bound forwards is always going to help,dont think of it as being defeated, you've still done so well xxx

push ups? no way my arms are just so weak!! always have been, i'll try but i can see me being pathetic and not managing many, my legs are the strongest point so i've always done work with them in the gym, cheating i know, will check out the website and see what to do, i knowi'll deffo be doing the knee push ups, never done…

well i'm back!! (gym was next door so i did an hour in there before swimming too) it was ace, im not sore yet but sure i will be tomorrow, the only problem was that i'm the only person under 60!! it was great though i was doing extra little bits and really pushing myself. i like to go to sleep with a little something in my tum.. i make sure i leave enough cals for what i fancy, sometimes it may just be a hot drink but toast or a few breadsticks are what i mostly have, otherwise i dont sleep well knowing i want something. not too helpful but its a suggestion of what i have had to do xx…

oh and healthy options near me only include salad (meaning lettuce and carrot which i love but can get cheaper and eat at home) so if we do go out or get takeaway its always gonna be a big sin on the cals! why cant places just add grilled food or low cal stuff for people? even veggy things end up being high cal so you just…

i have days like that not too often but we like takeaway as a treat and there no way a chinese or chippy tea is going to have anything less than 1100 cals in it, more like 2000 in it so i try to do as much exercise the day of the meal and the morning after, i know its not perfect but i keep the rest of the cals in balance…

i stopped using the site and watching what i eat back in summer when i got a new job, i found it hard to keep on top of everything but now i want to get back on track as i lost over a stone last time and i kept it off but it was only a fraction of my goal so i back again to finish what i started. hope people still around…
