this was the same for me. "my skinny jeans" could no longer be called, "my skinny jeans". i can take them off without unbuttoning them. they're so big that now when i wear them, it looks like i shat my pants :blushing: and i thought that was awesome! that happened at about a 12lb. loss.

italian isn't white? mixed raced? have you actually even been to italy? people from rome (central italy) and further north are blond haired and blue eyed. can't get any more white than that, i guess. i think it would be great to go to nyc, jersey or chgo and tell an italian that they're not white, they're a mixed race.…

low-fat plain yogurt or cottage cheese. even mozzarella and fresh tomatoes are delish. i'm also a fan of drinking a glass of almased in the morning. it has some carbs but full of vitamins and nutrients.

get some blood work done on your thyroid. i was sleeping 12-14 hour days and could go even longer and was put on anti-depressants too until they did blood work and found that my thyroid levels were high and after an ultrasound i was diagnosed with hashimotos. it also has a lot to do with your ability to lose weight.

i used to power walk with those ugly mbt shoes and half pound hand weights for 1 hour plus (5-6 times a day). just from that i dropped 20 pounds, toned and dropped 3 dress sizes in 4 months. btw i was doing about 3 miles with a 3-3.5 mph pace.

about once a month i go on a sushi eating binge. all you can eat sushi, which is about 15 plates (3 pieces each). then i need to be rolled out of the restaurant and into bed.

was just at a wedding (germany) this weekend and it lasted over 12 hours! the best part is they had drinks and snacks prepared waiting for us at the reception and there was constant food and drinks throughout the night. the bad part was that the band was 6 hours late!!! and there was no back-up music or stereo or whatever.…

definitely! i think clothes do look better on someone with a curve. i prefer women to be feminine, soft and curvy. someone else on here mentioned the "va va voom" factor. i want to have that.

^^this! i drink an almased with half water half skim milk for every breakfast. i'm not a breakfast eater, so it gives me all the vitamins and nutrients i need without the guilt of calories. and i love the taste.
