This salad always goes quick when I bring it to potlucks- Large bag/box of Organic Spinach Top with: One can Mandarin Oranges, drained Sliced Strawberries, as much as you like Drizzle with Low fat Raspberry Vinegarette Salad dressing, about half a bottle or so.

Keep all snacks out of the house or at least not sitting on the kitchen counter where you see them all of the time. Also, try chewing gum and/or brushing your teeth often. Drink lots of water as sometimes I feel like snacking when really I am thirsty. Also, have lots of healthier snack options ready to eat, apples, string…

Try something new, even if you don't think you will like it. I was'nt so sure about the Elliptical, ended up loving it and can't wait to exercise everyday on it. If or when I get bored with that, I am going to try something new again. Also, I have everything ready to go the night before my early morning workouts, water…

I workout everyday usually on the Elliptical for 65 minutes. In addition, I lift weights twice a week for 40 minutes. I have lost 29 pounds since January and I believe what you eat is very crucial to weight loss as well.

3 kids too, 10, 5 and 2. All girls and very busy. It's getting easier as they get older though :)

Brush your teeth and/or use mouth wash. It's hard to eat anything after that. Also, I drink a lot of Lipton Diet Green Tea that helps with sweet cravings.
