I have a question about the challenge - at least with the squats. Aren't you supposed to have a rest day for 24 hours (like do squats or leg exercises every other day) ? Everything I've read you're supposed to give muscles a 24-48 hour rest so the muscles can repair and build. I'm wondering if this challenge is a good idea because of it? Maybe I'll do it but every other day...?? any thoughts?0
