  • All the exercises working my arms. they are so weak. I find the first circuit cardio extremely hard. The jumping jacks to jump rope combo kicks my @$$ every day. I'm on day 8 and other things have gotten easier. I can do more pushups without stopping and so forth. That cardio combo is the same each day- a pain in my behind.

  • I agree with fitandfab it will get better,just keep going. I just finished day 5 and it doesn't hurt as much. I also finally made it through the entire workout without stopping. I always needed 2sec breaks the first few days. today was different.
  • I'm all in. I also said I would start in the new year, but then I figured there was no time like the present so I actually completed day one today. this will be my 2nd attempt at this 30 day challenge and I must succeed.
