Right now I'm about 300 calories under my 1200 goal...not hungry! Up until I was 48 yrs old I weighed 110 lbs, then menopause kicked in with a vengence and by 50 I weighed 130, by 56 I weighed 150 and by 63 I weighed 190 even with all the walking I did. Instead find something to soothe your feelings - it's not hunger you're feeling - take a hot soaking bath with candles and bubbles or do something else that's comforting to you (your feelings). Fantastic job!! thank you for sharing your story! I too agree with the eating of "real" food not the made up "fat free" foods!!! I'm going back to "nature"!! I like the idea of eating a salad for breakfast (I'm getting so tired of oatmeal!!). What else, if anything, do you have with the salad for breakfast?
