I also go over my sugar pretty much everyyyy day... if your looking to lower your sugar intake with a lower fat yoghurt I'd check the label first as low fat products tend to put more sugar in

Haha yess it has been helpful thanks! I will get my body fat measured at the gym tomorrow as I have noooo idea what mine is! And I'll definately give interval training a go, I usually just do steady running. And I'll also make sure I have a mixed carb and protein meal after working out as I usually mix cardio and strength…

I was thinking maybe I had abs hiding away under a layer of fat as my abs never hurt the day after I've been to the gym even though I've worked them more than the rest of me... but then again it could just be that I'm not working them correctly... I said saturated fat not fat in general. And I'm not eating too many calories, my goal on here is 1310 and I rarely go over that! I go running 2-3 times a week which tones my legs but does nothing for my belly. I think its more a case of toning as I'm not looking to lose much more weight which is why I was asking for some…
