Press up and pull ups might help. My upper body strength is so bad, i can't even manage a proper push up ha We have a bar system in the back garden that i keep looking at and thinking i must start using it soon.

Late breakfast - 4 slices wholemeal brown bread with peanut butter and banana, mug of tea. Dinner - chicken stir fry. 4 pints of water, 3 mugs of tea throughout the day. Once kids are in bed will have another mug or two of tea and a twix bar.

Started lean phase this morning. Well i started last Monday but hurt my knee 20 mins in so had to take a week off. Glad to be back at it, have def put on a few lb's in the last week and half as had a few takes aways and a big day and night out with hubby and friends so got to get back on track this week.

I'm 31 and have 3 kids 2 boys 11yo and 7.5yo and a 2.5 yo little girl. I'm a stay at home mum so try to get 2 workouts in a day. I'm doing Chalean extreme so do that workout in morning and a cardio workout in evening for another 30/40 mins once the kids go to bed.

I can't do push ups even on my knees lol!! I'm getting better at the posterior fly and can manage most other exercises but push ups kill me!!

Hi, just found this group. Am loving CLX. Started 4 weeks ago, but only started taking measurements in the last 2 weeks and have lost 3" off mummy tummy fat since then!!

I'm doing Chalean Xtreme atm and love it!! Tried jm 30ds and didn't like it tbh found it boring just didn't keep me interested.

I only have 1 atm buy have 3 more planned to get as soon as funds allow. I have a sun on my lower back but tbh it's awful lol badly done! I'm getting "live love laugh" on the inside or my upper arm, family and infinity sign on my inside wrist or along side of arm not sure yet and a suicide awareness sign on my other wrist…

To be healthy, stronger, have more confidence and look better. Being flabby and unfit was getting me down, i was tired of trying to cover my mom tum, sick of not bringing my kids swimming because i would need to wear a swimsuit in public.

No I don't. I did for a about a week but gave up. I don't have weight to lose atm so I use this site for motivation and getting tips on best forms of exercise etc.

I want to look good in a bikini and after 3 kids it's not going to be easy haha!! Also I want my kids to know that being healthy and exercising is the way to go.

This thread is giving me hope. Everyone looks amazing! I must take some before pics so I can hopefully see a difference, started back working out yesterday. Have been very lazy and unmotivated lately. I'm 31 and mom to 3 kids 11, 7 and 2.5. I hate my tummy! This thread is so motivating! Well done everyone!

wss^^ I do videos from fitness blender, much prefer them over 30DS tbh. I find the shred boring and after few days of it had no motivation to finish it. With fitness blender you can choose what video you want to do so it doesnt get repetitive.
