    My real motivation is my girls. I want to be alive to walk them down the aisle on their wedding days.
    Not going to lie though, the want to take my shirt off and not be embarrassed by a flabby stomach and man boobs is a good motivator as well.

    This spoke to me! Would have to substitute your girls for my two toddler sons but everything else is exactly the same!! Definitely agree with this...

    I want to look good in a bikini and after 3 kids it's not going to be easy haha!! Also I want my kids to know that being healthy and exercising is the way to go.
