Do you have any aunts or cousins that are similar height to you? If they are healthy you could look to them for body shape ideas. Otherwise I know you can look online for different little tests that can tell if you are a small, medium, or large frame. I think one of them has to do with wrist circumfrance. I'm not positive…

I take a TRX class once a week at my gym and I love it! I want to get one but my apartment is too small. I think it is a fun way to add in strength training. I have also noticed that it has really helped me with pushups and planks.

We just got back from Ireland at the end of March. We went for a week to visit my brother that is studying there. I will say that the Irish do no eat a lot of vegetables, at least in restaurants. A lot of the food was meat and potatoes with some cabbage normally cooked in bacon. I think the key is to eat in moderation and…

I am not a nutritionist or a dietition, but it sounds like you should visit one. 800 seems like waaaay too low. You must be so hungry! I would make an appointment with someone who specilizes in nutrition and work out a better number, especially since you are getting in some exercise too. PS. I'm Naomi too :) :)

I'm sure you know about the Red Rock state park. I would definately go there and hike it is beautiful! Other than that I'm not much help, I've only been for a concert ;)

I know that it is hard to keep motivation, I've been trying to lose the same 15 pounds for 1-2 years. But this site helps a bunch! It's good to get a lot of friends because the support really helps with motivation. Also if you are a picky eater do a little research and try to make what you like healtier. I love the Hungry…

I think that it has something to do with pinched nerves. Nothing serious but sometimes your shoes can be too tight. If you google numb feet while running/on the elliptical there are tons of articles about it.

I like the Joseph's oat bran, whole wheat flour and flax wraps. They are normally in the deli section of the supermarket. They are only 70 calories and the sodium is 380 but it has 7 grams of protein. Also the whole wheat 8 inch ones are good, their sodium is 130 mg.

I like Hungrygirl.com, I also just google low calorie recipes. There are tons of options out there. Also you could go to the library and take out cookbooks. I do this and it's easy and lets me try different books. Good luck!

I think the key is to figure out what you are going to eat before you actually eat it, that way you know how many calories are in it. I think you also have to truly think about how the food you have always eaten might be why you are trying to lose weight. You don't have to cut everything out just change how you make stuff/…

You look great!!!! Awesome job!

Weekends always mess me up too. But to limit the damage I try to work out on Friday and Saturday and I have made my weigh in day Sunday. That way I definately think about what I eat because I always want that scale to go down. I think you just have to get a routine to stay good over the weekends. Good Luck!

Is she a nutritionist also? I know that many personal trainers do not have the training or education to give out a food plan. I think you would be better off meeting with a dietition or asking your doctor about the food part of this plan. I know that I could not follow that plan and I know that when something seems really…

Can you have almond or soy milk? Also my parents don't do dairy and my dad loves the soy yogurt.

We went to Rome for a week in March 2010, it was amazing! I did not count my calories but I did watch my portions. I didn't gain any weight because we walked everywhere!!!! There is barely a subway system in Rome because everytime they dig they find something old and have to stop, so there is the bus and there is walking.…

edamame, you can buy it frozen and i've been adding it to my stir-frys, I also use it as a vegeatable side. 1/2 cup has 13 grams of protein.

I was feeling pretty down a couple weeks ago so to help get more motivated I made a weight loss thermometer, where I can fill in more of the thermometer each time I lose weight. I also added in rewards, like once I lose 15 pounds I'm getting new sneakers. I put it up on my fridge and it reminds me that I am working toward…

I like going snow shoeing or cross country skiing, it burns a lot of calories. I also like going ice skating. Other than that I pretty much stick to the gym.

i just have a large water bottle and I carry it everywhere. Then I just set little goals, like I have to drink half of it by 10am then the other half by lunch, etc.. It's hard at first but you get used to it and honestly it gets easier.

I do love Miss Dior, I also like Chanel Chance and Marc Jacobs Lola

Realizing it is the first step, from there it is just making small steps and staying focused. Some things that have helped me are: putting a picture of me at my heaviest on the fridge, writing a list of what/why I deserve to be healthy and happy, looking at success stories on here or other sites, being accountable-even if…

I got Miss Dior for Christmas and I love it. It has a lite floral scent.

I normally add beans to my salads. I just add a half of a cup for protein. I also like beans in rice as mentioned above.

Thanks guys!

I think fresh fruit is better because it has more bulk than dried fruit so it takes up more room in your stomach.

There are lots of kinds of green tea. If you check the tea aisle at the grocery store you will find orange green tea, lemon green lea, honey green tea, etc. I would try out a different kind to see if you like it any better. Also if it tastes bitter you probably left the tea bag in to long. So maybe just experiment with a…
