  • Where I listed the supersets I do those back to back. Example: Superset 1: Overhead Dumbbell Press & Incline Dumbbell Fly I do Overhead Press (1 set of 12) then Incline Fly (1 set of 12) then back to Overhead press and keep going til I've done 3 sets of both exercises. No rest in between except to get into position for the…
  • I will be doing Ripped in 30 :)
  • Nope, no drinking. I'm one of the unfortunate (maybe fortunate for my health) few that alcohol has no effect on so I stick with the cheaper drinks :)
  • Just finished Day 9 Level 1. After about the 5th day I had the exercises and their order memorized and found it was a lot easier after that point. There are some moves that don't wear me out quite as bad so I can look forward to those when doing the harder exercises. I'm dreading the first few days of Level 2 but hope it…
  • Finished Day 8 Level 1 today and just finished up 45 min of cardio. I can't believe I'm saying this but I'm starting to enjoy the exhausted feeling I get after working out :)
  • I'm just trying to stay in the 1,500 calorie range. I still can't do the bicycle crunches... I'm not coordinated enough :)
  • It finally went away on its own by day 4/5. I took a day off after day 3 but I would say just work through the soreness :)
  • I finished Day 7 Level 1 today and was surprised at how much my endurance has improved. On the first day I could barely do the jumping jacks and now I can do each round of them without stopping. I'm curious to see if I will be just as sore when I start level 2 as I was when I started Level 1.
  • Are you guys doing just the shred or cardio as well? I've had to take 3 days off so far (started the shred on the 1st) due to injuring my knee. I try to do at least 5 days a week of cardio on top of the shred. Kinda nervous about doing level 2!
  • Today was a rest day for me :( I was hoping to do Day 6 today but I'm having trouble with my knee. I've always had bad knees and I know the shred is rough on them so I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that the pain will be gone tomorrow and I can get in a full week of doing the shred & my daily 45 minute cardio. We are…
  • I started on the 1st as well :) I have been doing a extra 45 min of cardio on the treadmill on top of doing the shred. The day after I started working out I started having sinus troubles (runny nose, sore throat, etc) and then yesterday I took a day off instead of doing the shred. I am rested up and ready to do day 5…
