After doing Day 3 of Level 2 I think I'm going to have to make some changes. I did the video 4 hours ago and my hands are still numb from the plank moves because of my carpal tunnel. Today was day 1 of level 2 on the 30 day shred and all of those planks absolutely KILLED my hands and wrists. Anyone else struggling with the same problem? Is there modifications that can/should be done to help with this or is it something I'm going to have to work through?
Really frustrated today... I did my weekly weigh in and I've gained 1.5 pounds. We have been eating out for dinner lately but I've stayed within my calorie goal (MFP says 1450 but using the TDEE method it says almost 1900 so I stay around 1800). Help!
