Changes to Level 2 of 30 Day Shred
After doing Day 3 of Level 2 I think I'm going to have to make some changes. I did the video 4 hours ago and my hands are still numb from the plank moves because of my carpal tunnel. I spend so much time trying to fight the pain in my hands and wrists and get into proper plank form that I miss half of the workout. I'm…

30 Day Shred Level 2
Today was day 1 of level 2 on the 30 day shred and all of those planks absolutely KILLED my hands and wrists. Anyone else struggling with the same problem? Is there modifications that can/should be done to help with this or is it something I'm going to have to work through?

What am I doing wrong?
Really frustrated today... I did my weekly weigh in and I've gained 1.5 pounds. We have been eating out for dinner lately but I've stayed within my calorie goal (MFP says 1450 but using the TDEE method it says almost 1900 so I stay around 1800). Help!

Is this a sign that I need to increase my calories?
According to MFP I need to net 1,450 calories per day but when calculating my TDEE and subtracting 30% I should be eating 1,900 calories/day. Tiny wrinkles in skin
After about 7-8 days doing the 30 day shred I started noticing in several places all over my body (especially arms and stomach) that my skin has what looks like lots of tiny wrinkles that are only noticeable up close. Is this a sign of weight loss (where the skin is adjusting to the loss of fat) or is it something else?…
