Trouble posting

Having more energy to play with the young children in your life!
-
Are you kidding? No make-up needed with looks like that!
-
What a great mommy to let her daughter apply her make-up and then post it too! To me that is real self-confidence!
-
@Sabrina, speaking from my personal experience, I think the biggest benefit I got from getting more fit was the boost in self-confidence and the empowerment of knowing I could accomplish something I never thought possible. I imagine you must see the same thing in people you coach.

My friend list is full but one word of advice, think of it as a change to your lifestyle and not just until you reach your goal. To be successful you will need to carry the changes forward past reaching your goal. You can do this!

I am maintaining a couple of years now and my exercise is mostly cardio. On any given day I eat back most of my exercise calories but am usually a few hundred short. That gives me some room to be over goal occasionally and not worry about it. Plus I don't have to be deadly accurate with the weight of everything I put in my…

Sorry to say I am at my limit for friends and only maintain now but wow, your profile pic is amazing! What an incredible achievement and all the while being a mom too! Well done!
-
I have some Brooks "Ghost 6" I have bought a couple of times but also have some New Balance 928's that are very comfortable. Good luck!
-
Paula' Deen's, "Is It Really Better Than Sex" cake. For me...no, but for some, maybe.
-
4 children and still look like that? Wow, I am in awe!
-
Dimples and brown eyes? No fair!
-
I try to do an apple a day and almonds too but I know they are high-calorie and may not fit your diary. Sometimes you can sneak in a little more by eating things like a high-fiber English muffin over a standard English muffin. And just as important to the fiber is keeping hydrated which aids all things intestinal :-) Best…

Outstanding progress there, congratulations and keep up the great work! What you have done is an amazing accomplishment!
-
Nothing blah about that hair and those eyes!
-
Why so much on the wenis and not the wagina?
-
57 here and love mfp! I feel like a 40 year old!
-
Cute....nice necklace too!
-
If someone hasn't said "perfect" yet, let me be the first one! Congratulations!
-
Mine's open!
-
Perfect proof! And except for routine exams required for work I have not had to see the doctor for years and at 57 I think that rocks! So I let the relatives wring their hands and simply chuckle.
-
I feel your pain, I am 6' and 150lbs. and hear it all the time. I usually counter with, "But I feel in the best shape of my life and my doctor raves that she counts it a good day when she sees one patient a day in my condition (which is true)." I love that mug in your profile pic btw, long live the minions!
-
This is purely from a guy's perspective but if whatever you wear, you do it with confidence, it will make a world of difference! Have the time of your life and don't play the comparison game, life is too short. And to confirm what the others are saying....you look fantastic!
-
That's awesome and what a great way to find out! Congratulations! And I like the hydrangea pic, very pretty!
-
Wow, it's hard to express how much you have changed.....congratulations!
-
This phrase was on a company form where I work, "Please "totalize" this report if more than one page." What? Totalize? lolol Where did these people go to school?
-
I never drank so did not have to give it up but I did completely cut out sweets which was my weakness. After reaching goal and maintaining for 6 months I gradually began adding some back in and now enjoy sweets again but with full control to keep me within my calorie allowance. I hope you are able to reach a similar place.
-
Totally impressive and congratulations! What a feeling of accomplishment you must have to know you have altered your life by being committed to a goal!
-
That's a great attitude and such an important time of your life to be in good health. Congratulations on your child!

I would make sure you are getting plenty of hydration throughout the day too. With that many steps I would shoot for 12 cups daily because our bodies need it to function efficiently. Best of luck to you, that's a bunch of steps every day!
