It happens sometimes. You are reaching out instead of giving up and that is what matters. Have you tried switching up your workout routine? Maybe train for a 5k or start lifting light weights.

Im losing weight to go to the navy! I understand and I got asked if I was pregnant last summer.

Im not sure what branch you are joining but I want to go to the navy. Im going in by body fat. I started at 225 im now 183. Im close to being at the weight they want. It is possible.

I wear a normal t shirt and jogging pants. I wear loose clothes because I sweat a lot and need air all over.

Your body will start to get used to it. Mine is and i'm overweight. But nothing will prepare you for month two. Just take breaks when you need to. Don't completely overdo it.

Mine was when I went to an event and took a picture with my boyfriend. I felt I looked so fat and unsightly, I was sad. Then I made the decision that I wanted to go to the navy, and they told me I was to fat and unfit (in so many words). So it drives me to this day.

You may need a little bit more fuel for month two. And try to eat at least half your exercise calories back. It may help you

I'm new to losing weight. So sorry for the confusion. Butt I read that if your body doesn't have at least 1200 calories to love from then that's bad. I do insanity also so that Burns lots of calories
