Im nervous about increasing calories?
Ive increased my calories from 1200 to 1400-1500. I will weigh myself in three weeks to see if it breaks my plateau. Im nervous as to if I will lose weight, stay the same or etc. I believe I will still lose weight because im 183 pounds. But I feel like im eating to much

Is this normal?
I have been on this weight loss journey for about six months now. Starting january, it seems like ill weigh the same for like two to three weeks, then have a sudden 5-6 pound drop at the end of the month after my period. Im curious to know if this is normal and if it happens to anyone else.

I was told today that I will never lose weight because of genetics. I wasn't meant to be under 200 pounds. I just want to know if anyone else has been told this? what is your story and how did you react?

Ive been feeling a bit down lately. Besides my health I want too lose weight to go to the navy. Not only do I plateau almost immediately after losing only eight pounds, it seems like people who don't even deserve to go, are going all of a sudden

having trouble and need help
I am 5'4 and weigh 216 pounds. I started my weightloss journey on may 22 and went from 222 to 216 in a week. I believe it was water weight. Ever since then I haven't lost a single pound. Any help? I exercise at least 4-5 times a week. I'm getting slightly frustrated. My food diary is open. Please don't be rude.

how I explain weightless to people.
I had a friend ask me if I knew a really fast way to lose weight. I said it only works like this.....you can pick two of the three options. Fast, easy, lasting. If its fast and easy, it won't last. And if its lasting and easy, it won't be fast and so on. Was that the right thing too say?
