It truly is an uphill battle. I have 180lbs to lose and I can honestly say that it is really hard. If it weren't for my husband to help push me to excercise I wouldn't be down the weight I am. Excercise is the key no matter how little just keep active. If you need a friend add me and I will be there to help you.

When I feel the sweet snack attack, I try and eat the no sugar added jello. It's 5 calories for 92g. That is if you like jello. I don't mind it cause it's better than the ice cream that is no longer in my fridge.

Thanks a bunch everyone. I started working out on an eliptical I got for Christmas and cut out sugar 6 days a week until I can get these sugary food cravings under control. i am sure i will have to make other adjustments later on but like someone said, slow and steady wins the race.
