So here is the situation....

I am taking a Wilton baking course tomorrow and I needed to make sugar cookies to bring with me. Can I tell you how hard it is to look at these cookies and not have one right after the other. I have brushed my teeth, drank water, and now I am even chewing gum. HELP!!!! I am in crisis mode. What was I thinking on taking this course? I am by no means ready to deal with sugar in mass quantities. I have fallen of the wagon many of times, but this feels like some deep, deep, deep pressure. I did good today...but man is this ever hard. I keep trying to remember why I am doing this change. I want to be lighter, I want to be lighter, I want to be lighter.... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...I think I might be panicking.... I can't wait until they are cool so I can put them away out of sight so that I don't have to look at them anymore.

    Stepawayfromthecookies.

It isn't worth it, man. IT ISN'T WORTH IT.

You should walk out of the room they're in and take a shower or roll around on the floor. Anything to distract yourself.

Be strong! I just ate a whole bag of mint M&Ms and now feel asbolutely horrible about it. Just imagine how good you'll feel once they're gone and you've managed to not have any! Go girl!

    xx
  • Sugar cookies (and the raw dough) have voices. EVIL voices. Ignore them. cuss them, call them names, mock them. LOL

Thanks....You guys rock! I had such a laugh at some of the reponses...I went outside for a small walk in the dead of winter at 2:00am. Good thing I live in a small town. lol

I have successfully put away the cookies with only one casualty (just couldn't help myself, good thing I went for a small walk) and promise not to panic again until tomorrow...this time though, I can give them away because I won't need them for a project...

Good night or Good Morning....and thanks again for your support in this time of need...
