  • Is it the inner part of your lower calf? It could be a tibialis strain (tendon). This can happen from suddenly increasing in intensity or shoes that do not have accurate support.. or it can happen from your arch collapsing as you walk / run .. Get it checked out, otherwise it could set back your fitness program for awhile!!

  • Drinking extreme amounts of coffee can actually cause tiredness .. You could also take a multivitamin. I was suffering from extreme tiredness and went to a compounding pharmacist, had my blood tested and had a multivitamin that targets everywhere I'm deficient. Since doing that I've had tons of energy!!
  • I also love coffee!! What if you tried using a flavoured milk substitute.. like vanilla flavoured rice milk ? I have mine with milk, or black. You also could try flavoured coffee black. After awhile you get used to it and you (hopefully) won't miss the milk!
