I agree with previous posters that you likely won't have a problem, but also to add even if you do need the extender, that it's because the airline took the cheap way out and when the seat belt started looking ratty at the end they cut it and replaced the buckle instead of replacing the whole length of belt...yes, they do…

Pumpkin spice flavored ANYTHING: pancakes, bread pudding, ice cream, coffee cake, muffins, etc. And anything with crumb topping...this is all the time, but it seems much more common in the fall/winter. :)

Okay, I know this seems counter-intuitive, and it's bad to reward yourself with food, and all of that...but the thing that makes me stick to my calorie goal all day is to pre-log 2 squares of high-end dark chocolate for the VERY end of the day right before bed. I know that this is a very stale thread but I just wanted to come and thank the OP, not only am I still doing the Burpee challenge...42 today...but my husband thought he'd try it too...although he got injured about day 12 it inspired him to get fit generally, which was something he probably wouldn't have come to on his own…

I pre-log my 1-2 squares of dark chocolate with my cup of tea for while I'm sitting in bed--this is not a cheat day thing, it's an every day, part of what I fit into my calories thing. Sometimes, knowing it's there and already pre-logged is what helps me ward off cravings at other times of the day.

My mom has always had this same issue, and to date, no reasonable explanation can be found. She finds drinking with food much easier than drinking something alone, but even with food, it can be a struggle...sometimes half of a diet coke or glass of iced tea.
