    1 slice of toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

    Filling for me.

    Since it's warm I didn't feel like cooking. I threw together a smoothie: blueberries, raspberries, banana, spinach, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract and protein powder. I prefer savory foods for breakfast, but the smoothie was tasty.

    1/2 cup rolled oats

    Mixed together with a bit of water and warmed up.....tastes like the old "no bake cookies"... Yummy!
