Slow progres is better than NO progress!!

I am down 58 pounds from my heaviest. From a size 20/22 to 14/16. My current goal is 170, but only because that is the lowest weight I can remember being in my adult life (how sad is that?).
The charts say I should weigh 155 at the high range (I am 5'5), so I will need to readjust my goal once I get there

Good luck in your journey0 -
Congratulations! Slow and steady wins the race!
Each person is different and when I started this journey I had no idea what to expect. It took me a little over a year to lose 50 pounds but what I gained was so much worth the wait. The change in my eating habits, the energy to take on any of the San Francisco hills, the positive energy that I get from working out at the gym . . . so YES! "slow progress is better than no progress."
Keep up the good work!0 -
