You might want to look at raising your calorie amount. I am 41yrs old, 5'4" and weigh 210. I haven't exercised at all in the last 3 weeks (Not that I'm proud of that :frown: ), but still lose weight on 1600 calories. You are working far too hard to not be losing much weight. As far as exercise goes, it doesn't have to be in the gym. Involve your children if possible. It's going to be nice weather soon, so it will be perfect to go out and walk with them. You could go to the park and play - anything burns more than sitting on the couch.:happy:

I workout at home most of the time. My teenage son is the most annoying. No matter what, he appears to have some reason to pester me during that small amount of time I am exercising. My dogs just la on the couch and stare at me. Lol

When I got fat I told someone, "now I actually look the way I have always felt - FAT." I weighed 100lb less than I do right now, but I still thought I was fat. I think some people will never be happy with what they look like. I think it is definitely a mental thing. :frown:

I think we use gaining weight or binging as a reason to quit. It is so easy to quit. The thing I am doing different this time is logging EVERYTHING I eat. If I have a bad day and eat like a pig, that gets recorded too. When you don't log the bad stuff, it's like pretending it never happened. Get back on the wagon…
