Lose vs loose

Hey everyone,
just want to clarify these two words for everyone misusing them on MFP.
You use "lose" to say that you're losing weight, and "loose" when you've lost a lot of weight and your clothes are now loose.
I love how supportive this community is. Best of luck to everyone!

I can't even explain how much it bothers me to see simple grammatical errors like this. Misuse of there, they're, and their/you're and your are up there as well.
