I agree with Atlantique about finding a digital scale. I have a scale that I got from Walmarts and it is really cool. It has a square glass measuring surface and it can measure food in four different measurements (g,oz,lbs,and kg). This scale only cost $20 and it is part of Walmart's brand. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I love coffee also ,but I don't drink major coffee brands like Dunkin Doughnuts or Starbucks. I just like brewing a pot of Folgers coffee. My #1 favorite flavor of coffee is Folgers Breakfast Blend. :happy:

Suzitkd you said that water can be boring. What I do to make water not boring is that I add a Wyler's light packet to my water. They have an orange juice type, lemonade, pink lemonade, and a ice tea with citrus. It is only 10 calories per packet and you get 8 or 10 in a box depending on what flavor you get.

I agree with mbcarreno08 eating 500 calories a day does not sound good. I keep on hearing all the time that people should try to consume at least 1200 calories or their bodies will not perform right.
