It doesn't matter when you start it matter that we are all in it together. I do the videos off and on and haven't really decided when I should "start" and do the whole program the way it is intended.

6 mile runs, insanity and turbo fire videos is the main exercises I do. It's seriously 90% diet though. So eating right and watching my calorie intake was a huge part of it.

Heaviest was 148. (at 5'0) Lightest was somewhere in the 20's I'm sure. My current weight is 130.2 I'd like to be at 120 by June then 115 or 110 by August.

You're endurance will improve, I promise you, you just need to give it time. Also, the stronger you get the easier it will be. Keep doing level 1 until you start to feel your endurance getting better.

What I am doing it 10 days of level 1, 10 days of level 2, and 10 days of level 3. This is what most people seem to do. But you can do it how ever you'd like just try hard to progress into level 3,but also take your time until you're ready.

I've been using 3 pound ones, once I get to level 3 I will up it to 5 pounds.

I had to take a few short breaks in the beginning too, but it got easier. Same goes with level 2. It gets easier and you start to feel like you've mastered it by the end of the level. Don't worry, I suck at pushups and hate em too.

Well you came to the right place. MFP is the best place to get support and motivation, in my opinion. This site really keeps me going. Sorry about the weight you gained from that injury but today is a new day to start losing. Thanks for joining the group!

But think of it this way, it's only 20 minutes of your time, so you're only dedicating 20 minutes a day of your weekend which in the long run will be awesome.
