i'm on my 4th day. just do something else to take mind off food.... i, too, want MORE, but I have decided that it isn't worth it...also, i have found logging all foods keeps me focused on how much i really eat....good luck

Ok, here i go........ start wgt 178. sept goal-170 self goal-exercise more.... I have just had knee surgery-had arthritis and torn meniscus so I have been a couch potato.......

DON'T DO IT.......YOU WILL REGRET IT AS SOON AS YOU FINISH... I too am like that, if I'm bored and home alone I want to eat anything not nailed down.... so don't do it!!!!!!!! keep up the good work

Age 43 weight 178.6 goal wgt: 148. I work part time in a warehouse club and am a reserve police officer. I am the only female in the department so I need to lose the weight to keep up with the guys. I need the support & tips form here. I am married to a wonderful man who loves me "as is" and loves to feed me.
