I just dont think that you "incident" had much to do with your weight. I think it had more to do with two girls being alone in a CVS parking lot after dark where cowards can make them feel unsafe and powerless.

Her calorie goal was different each day because she was gaining calories through exercise. Looks like her calorie goal is at 1200 or so and then she works out like a beast and earns more!

I try to stay busy. I notice that i am a lot "hungrier" when i am moping around the house (not to suggest that this is what you are doing). When i am focused on something besides food and weight loss i forget about it and suddely its time for the next meal.

I used to think Dr. Oz had good things to say until he endorsed the HCG diet (eat 500 calories per day and inject yourself with a hormon for 30 to 40 days). I am sure HCG has worked for some. But how can a medical doctor actually endorse this???
