Looks like weight lifting it is! I always feel like I'm not accomplishing anything if I'm not doing cardio... plus I eat at a deficit so I know I won't build muscle. So much science to it all!

You can create recipes under the Food tab at the top and then you just enter in the number of servings and it will tell you how many calories per serving.

There is a recipe on the Real Simple website for Southerstern Beef Chili with Corn. It is SOOO good (and easy) and has some extra veggies like carrots and corn in it. The nutrition information is on the website.

I like it plain, but sometimes I eat it with wheat thins or graham crackers. It's also really good on a toasted english muffin...sometimes with tomato slices and a little salt & pepper on top.

I always wonder how others seem to have this huge (1000 cal +) burn during a spin class. I work hard when I go to spin class, but I'd say on average I burn about 450-500 cal. during an hour class. I really don't think that others are working that much harder in order to burn TWICE the amount of calories, or more. Any…

Yes! They are totally worth it! I didn't get them until I had been going to spin for a long time, but once I did, I wondered what took me so long. They make a huge difference and I can't imagine going back to not wearing them.
