Hello all,
I'm not new to this journey, but far from over with it. I have lost 60ish lbs (it fluctuates) and cannot get rid of my loose baby skin (baby is 10 now!). Any advice for my body type would be greatly appreciated! Any other comments, positive or negative as long as you're honest, are welcome too! Thank you and journey on!

    Well, Mom

Loose skin or no, you are looking pretty good. I would say to just keep doing what you are doing... if anything, increase strength training... but honestly - not bad...

Alas, my loose skin - from being massively obese - is a lot worse than yours - and not likely to go away.

Gratz on the 60 lbs - good luck on the rest of your journey.

I think you look fantastic. If you are not already lifting heavy (ie. Stronglifts, etc) try it. It makes a world of difference.

I'm not sure about loose skin, but weightlifting has helped minimize the appearance of cellulite, for me.

Looks like weight lifting it is! I always feel like I'm not accomplishing anything if I'm not doing cardio... plus I eat at a deficit so I know I won't build muscle. So much science to it all!

Jackie Warners Personal Training with Jackie power circuit training is helping me a lot. I've been doing it literally every other day with 10-15lb weights depending on the individual exercise. I do the full 40 minute workout but there is an option to only do 15 minutes of certain body parts.

I also add in a decent amount of weighted bridges, since she doesn't.

Yes, weights will help. Muscle will help fill it out some. But unfortunately you may always have loose skin. I've had two kids, good muscle base and low BF. My stomach looks great standing up, but in a plank, my loose skin still hangs down.

@bucwaboos How have you been liking that dvd? I've been doing the 40 min segment for about a week and I have been super sore! It feels great.

@MomBod81 I cant seem to get rid of the tummy pooch either..hoping Jackie Warners dvd (as stated above) helps she has rock hard abs (Power Circuit Training dvd). They say in order to lose the stomach you have to reduce body fat. Once the fat goes down the skin should retract and stretch marks get lighter. I know its hard to reduce the stomach, Ive been trying for 3 months after my 45lb weight loss. But on the plus side your body seems pretty darn lean and amazing already just try reducing the body fat and see if that helps.

Im absolutely loving it. I do the 40 minute jackie every other day and mix in other dvds on off days. I'm 18 weeks in and up to doing most of the exercised with 20lb weights. I use 10 for the last 2 arm segments. Im nearly back to my prepregnancy self. Ive also been eating primarily veggies with protein and fat.

I also do a ton of yoga and stretching post jackie. Like 10 minutes worth. It seems to be helping with both the soreness post workouts and lengthening muscles. I decided to switch from jillian videos to ballet beautiful on my off days and ballet beautiful outer and inner thigh and bridge series is so completely different I'm expecting some pretty complimentary results soon. Also make sure to look up how to properly engage your tva and do that prior to all ab and hip thrusts. Took an inch and a half off my baby gut in 1.5 weeks.
