Hello, just wanted to say I’ve had a successful pregnancy and delivery post surgery... my doctors never mentioned my sleeve being an issue at all. I hope that eases yours nerves some in the meantime. ... I would assume that so long as you make yourself eat enough calories per day it shouldn’t affect the baby. ?

I am also a sweet tea lover.... I have found that I actually like water with the sweet tea mio drops. Very similar taste. Just an idea worth trying. ;)

I have to take thyroid medicine, b-12, and progestrone for some other medical stuff but they all help with energy. Ask your Dr what you can do and to see if anything is "wrong" with you if you feel your energy is abnormally low- Im glad I did!

What I meant was, if I stop loosing, I will know that I can try not eating the calories back and see how it works ;)

First just walking.... then I did the 30 day shred .... then the Last chance workout.

I am keeping it simple. 1200 calories per day. I dont eat particularly "clean". Exercise every day 20-30 minutes usually. I did the 30 day shred and now I'm going to start the last chance workout (see if I like it). That's "it"... lol Simple, but we all know its hard. :)

Ps. I believe its just that fast because I started out so heavy and it was just after having a baby.

Thanks for the advice. I'm actually not trying to loose that much per week. My goal is 2lbs/ week. I eat 1200 calories or more each day and eat my exercise calories back. ;)

I'm glad I'm not the only one taking guilty pleasure in weighing less than her man. LOL He is SO TALL and THIN! So, like I said, in reality I'm totally not anywhere near as healthy as him, but I still feel more like a lady now! hahaha <3 When we met I was 13 and around size 13. So not the case now a days- thats what…

LOL Rick! I guess I hadn't thought of it that way! hahahahahhahahahha! You are so right. To me, it wasn't the number or pounds lost, it was more of a feeling than a scale thing. lol. So funny- but you're right.

Someone asked for more info.... I am eating 1200 calories a day. I started at 1500 in January and slowly went down. I am also eating the calories I burn through exercise (I tried it the last few weeks when my loss was slowing down and it seems to work for me so I'm doing that until it stops working again). I'm not eating…
