hi there. :) Congrats! you look and must feel GREAT. i am sad to say that there is not any real "natural" trick other than time, hydration, and getting vitamins & minerals. but IMHO it is a visual reminder of where i have been and to where I shall NOT return. i have contemplated surgery but IDK if that is right for me....

I am a year in from maintenance, and still saggy. :) But I can honestly say it has gotten somewhat better. Not sure it will ever be what I "want" it to be.... and I'm over it. Glad to be healthy and fit nonetheless. I look darn good clothed! LOL.

yes, but ick. so unhealthy. too much sugar. YUCK. tasted great, but garbage for the body. it's not even refrigerated what does that say? there are MUCH better similar products out there. look for a well rounded product with balanced nutrition, fiber, whole ingredients, etc.

california roll isn't too bad, and obviously avoid anything with fried stuff inside.... get brown rice instead of white on the seaweed.
