5 to 6 days a week. Mostly weights. I know my body needs a break so I make myself take a day off here and there. It's really hard to stay away from the gym once you caught the bug though.

It has everything to do with genetics. In almost all cases a Dexter calf is going to be considerably smaller then a Chianina calf.

I brought Brooks Beast running shoes when I decided to start running and getting in shape....then I discovered weightlifting and it was all over :)

I am in Saint Paul so I feel your pain. I spend the summer walking around the lakes, mountain biking at Lebanon Hills, grilling at Minnehaha Falls and then BOOM. Bitter cold and a quick end to all that sunshine and outdoor time. How about working out first thing in the morning? That's what I do. I set my alarm early early…

Never thought I would say this...but I could use A COUPLE male friends on here as well. Mainly because my goals and dietary requirements don't always add up to what a 120# woman is trying to accomplish. The thread was already here and it makes sense and I am not going to randomly PM guys and ask them to be…

Start bench pressing a simple bar with no weights (if you happen to have a gym membership). A bench bar weighs 45 pounds. As your wrists/arms/chest gets stronger you can start adding more weight. I know I used to be TERRIBLE at push ups and didn't even attempt to do one for a long long time. After some time lifting weights…

Star Trek (TNG) - still watch reruns of this. Deadwood was awesome and I re-watch the series every year. Rescue me was a great show....I was sad to see it end.

I mix with plain water. Thought about mixing with juice but because its so thick I am a bit hesitant. May have to try it this way just for the heck of it...

He is trying to personify the Hodgetwins (of Youtube fame) via his profile picture and posts. If it IS Kevin or Keith.....you guys been making allllll kinzzzzz o' gainzzzzz!!!

This guy is mostly correct. It's all about the total calories. Intermittent Fasting (IF) is taking in all your calories in a small window (say 10AM to 6PM) and fasting the rest of the day/night. It seems to work effectively for many including the Hodgetwins of which omidiano seems to be quite a fan of.

It's muscle mass. The bigger the engine the more fuel you need.... not that I have a powerful engine yet.....yet

Everything from Disco to Rap to Rock to Pop. I randomize the playlist and just skip the songs that are not doing it for me at the time. When I run I find I am a bit more selective.
