Thanks everybody! I got fitted for my Brooks at a running store. Yup, I figure my figure (even though getting smaller) has worn them out!

My little girl. I lost my Dad when I was 29 -- he was 63, my hubby is 38 and just lost his at 67. I want to live as long as possible and be around for my daughter forever.

Cost is a little consideration. I would like as few as carbs as possible with as much protein as possible. But that being said, if I find something I like and it keeps me filled up as a snack I will be willing to pay.

Don't be scared! Find a running store in your area, go in and tell them you need to get fitted. They will be more than glad to help. DH and I went in last fall well over 350 lbs each and the store was so helpful. Our store filmed our running gait and made recommendations. Brooks are pricey but super comfortable.

I can't afford all of these right now. However, I got some from Old Navy and they are really good. They hold the girls in place during kickboxing, tabata, etc.

My brother and sister in law are primarily Paleo. It has done wonders for her tummy troubles -- cut down on running to the bathroom after meals, etc. He moved from Atkins to Paleo. They love it. There are several books they've recommended to me and the hubby:…

I agree with previous posters OLD NAVY!!!! The clothes are affordable, hold up well, and look decent. Just glad there is a choice now besides Lane Bryant. I can't afford them any more either!

I always weigh during the mornings at our employee health clinic in my bra, panties, undershirt, and socks.

Ok, we've been grinding the chia in our Magic Bullet and never had this problem. I guess they just really got immersed in the liquid. THANKS

WAY TO GO!!!! What I weighed the day I found out I was pregnant is what I weighed the day I delivered. I actually lost weight while pregnant. I had a healthy 9 pound little girl. Stay active! Eat well. Everything will be great!! Congrats!!!

Here's my 2 cents. I know go to fitness classes with very fit trainers. To me that is kind of intimidating -- I'd like to see someone that looks human sometimes. That being said, I would not go to a class taught by someone who looks like me unless I knew some background. Also, I went to a step aerobics class years ago and…

Thanks everybody. I drink a minimum of 144 ounces of water a day. More if working out.

Great idea!!! I didn't think about the food scale. I have one but the batteries are dead. THANKS. Much better protein in chicken than cheese too!

I agree I probably need to eat more. But as a heavy person, I am finally getting a hold on emotional eating and overeating. I don't want to backslide.
