I have the 21 day fix and t25 I am mainly just using the dvds for the 21 day fix but I really love it, its really great for starting off and boy to I work a sweat up. I like that it has small breaks in between exercises because I think that is much more achievable (for me anyway). I do like t25 as well but I definitely…

For the exercise I recommend the t25 workout series of the 21 day fix. Just bought them and I am in LOVE such an intense workout in half an hour

I just did T25 speed 1.0 last night and I am hurting today in a good way! I lost 300g just on my workout yesterday and it feels good! Its demanding but worth it!
